- Collaborate with team members on content creation and approval
- Access media libraries and content creation tools
- Utilize AI-powered content generation features
Our Service is accessible through our website, browser extensions, API integrations, and mobile applications. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account by providing:

Upon completion, you will receive a subscription confirmation email. The contract becomes effective on the "Commencement Date" specified in the confirmation.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

- Annual Plans: Refunds for unused periods of annual subscriptions are limited. If you've used the service for a significant portion of the year, the remaining period may not qualify for refund
To request a refund, contact us at help@posttely.com. Refund requests beyond 30 days from service initiation cannot be entertained.
6.3 Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing may take 7-14 business days
- Frequency-based discounts (quarterly, annual) will not factor into refunded amounts
- Administrative charges may apply in certain circumstances
6.4 Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Payment is not received
- You breach any applicable laws or third-party terms
